DESCRIPTION: Originating from the high mountain nature reserve of WuYi Shan, this tea is an excellent example of the complexity of taste within rock oolongs. Traditionally charcoal roasted this Hua Xiang Rou Gui opens with bold charcoal aroma and is quickly followed by woody warmth, cocoa, and hints of floral character. Unmistakeable “rock bone” mineral sweetness coats the mouth in a warm and comforting dry finish.
